  1. Add existing contractors to your network: Navigate to the Network tab and select “create.” Here, you can create a contractor record for those already in your network.
  2. Create a contractor record: You'll need to input the contractor's name and email. You'll also have the option to add internal information visible only to your team, such as tags, rates, location, links, and internal notes. If the contractor you invite already has a Contra account associated with their email address, their profile information will be automatically imported into your network.
  3. Invite contractors to join Contra: When you create this record, you have the option to invite the contractor to join Contra, preparing them for potential future projects.
  4. Add a contractor not yet on Contra: You can create records for contractors not yet on Contra. They won't receive an email until you choose to invite them for an upcoming project by having them onboard in advance. If you're adding more than 10 contractors, let us know and we can assist you.
  5. Create an invite link: When creating an invite link, you can share this link through emails, embed it in websites, and use various other message types to invite a single contractor or a group to join your network.
