- Changing Your Email: If you need to update the email associated with your account, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your "Account Settings" page.
- Update the email in the Email field.
- Click "Save Changes."
- Check your email inbox and follow the link to confirm the email address update.
- Switching Account Types: You can freely switch between Hiring and Freelancer profiles.
- Click your avatar.
- Select "Switch to Hiring" or "Switch to Independent" to toggle between profiles.
- Deleting Your Account: If you've decided to part ways with Contra, we're sorry to see you go! However, we value your feedback and would appreciate hearing about your experience. To delete your account permanently:
- Go to your "Account Settings."
- Click "Delete Account," and then at the bottom of the page.
- Click "Permanently Delete Account."
- Keep in mind that you have 30 days before your account is permanently deleted, allowing you time to reconsider if you change your mind.
